Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada and the United States from our headquarters in Toronto, Canada.

Shipping Rates

- Flat Rate: $9.99 on all orders under $85
- Free Shipping: Orders over $85 ship free

Shipping fees are applied in your local currency (CAD for Canadian customers, USD for U.S. customers) and will be calculated at checkout based on your order total, pre-tax.

 

Canadian Orders

- All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario
- No duties or import fees — you're shopping within Canada

 

US Orders

- All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario
- We do our best to ensure a smooth cross-border experience, but delays due to customs are outside our control

 

Processing & Delivery Times

- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time:

- Canada: 2–8 business days
- U.S.: 4–10 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Lost or Delayed Packages
